Love
Love is the recognition of unity where separation once seemed real.
It is not something we create, nor something we give away. It is what remains when the boundaries of self soften and the other is no longer distant.
This virtue does not depend on preference or agreement. It arises from seeing clearly that the same life moves through all forms. In this seeing, compassion is natural, and empathy effortless.
Love does not deny pain, nor does it turn away from difference. It holds without possession and embraces without demand.
Through love, forgiveness becomes possible, not as an act of forgetting, but as understanding deep enough to allow healing.
Love is not dramatic. It is steady. It does not seek meaning, it reveals it.
Here, connection is remembered, wholeness is felt, and life is recognized as worthy of care simply because it is.
